Winter Has Arrived

Welcome back, everyone! As many of you may know, winter has officially made its debut here in the Hawaiian outpost of the North, or as I like to call it, the Arctic paradise. Yes, snow has started to blanket the area and the temperatures have taken quite the dip. It’s a sight to behold, there's a unique charm to this frosty wonderland.

Bundled Up and Staying Warm

As the temps plummet, we’ve all shaken off our summer gear and pulled out the heavy-duty parkas and mukluks. I never thought I’d be wearing such layers here, but hey, when in the Arctic! It’s a little surreal to think about So, let’s embrace these cold days and find joy in the adventure of it all.

Wood Shop Adventures Await

Speaking of adventures, I’m currently in the process of setting up my wood shop. As you can imagine, working with wood when the air is crisp presents its own set of challenges. It’s definitely a slow go in this cold weather, but I remain optimistic! My hope is to get everything situated so I can start crafting some projects. After all, winter can feel long, but being productive and creative makes it go a little quicker. Stay tuned for updates on my wood shop endeavors as the winter progresses!

With what looks to be a long winter ahead, I plan to bask in the glow of the workshop and keep warm by the fire, sharing more tales and projects in the upcoming months. So grab a mug of hot cocoa, and peppermint moon shine, bundle up, and stay safe out there, folks! Let’s gear up for an exciting season filled with new experiences. Until next time, stay warm.
